According to the rumored story, Wiz Khalifa was furious and stormed back stage to confront Kanye as soon as his show was over.
“I did my set and we hung around for a bit, but we weren’t even there when fam was onstage. Somebody made that up. I think they just wanted it to be that type of situation or they wanted to see something go down. It’s fun to talk about it and make jokes about, but in all reality, that didn’t even exist."
Attempting to lay the rumors to rest, MTV News caught up with Wiz during his appearance at the Bamboozle Festival, and he denied that any altercation ever happened, even though he admits the ‘Stronger’ jab was low of Kanye.
“We all heard the comment and that was just like a low thing. Because a lot of people look at him in a high way, so a lot of people were kind of eh about that. It is what it is, and I’m doing my business and she’s doing her business and he’s doing his business and that’s what it is. I’m all about positivity and I’m going to keep it that way.”
